Game therapy for tired executives
My husband worked in Midas Touch software as a designer and his professional requirements did not leave any spare time for him. When he was at home you would either find him making a presentation on PC or talking for hours on phone with his associates. I used to feel bad for him. He was getting stressed day by day and no solution was at sight. Then one day he returned with a grave face and said that the doctor has advised him to work from home for a few weeks. Since he was a good worker in the company, the company allowed him to work from home but he nagged us about missing the ambience and losing interest in work. One evening when I was reading an article on car racing games in a popular woman’s magazine, an idea clicked in my mind.
I gave him some game CDs to Play Car Racing Games for playing in his spare time. You would not believe how the situation changed. My husband soon became an avid gamer and during off time played the games for hours. Now he works full time from home and during the free time puts the racing tires to use. Virtually!
