You Can Get The Essence Of The Thai Culture In Rawai
I am a student of Texas University. I am studying about the cultures of the different places of the world. I often need to visit several parts of the world for getting more information regarding the life and culture of those places. Last week I returned from my tour of South East Asia. I visited different places of Indonesia and Thailand. I went to Phuket and stayed in one of the beautiful Phuket Villas. I visited many beaches of this place. The culture and lifestyle of the Patong beaches differs completely from that of the Rawai beaches.
Patong provides all sorts of entertainment. In Patong one can experience a life similar to Las Vegas. Rawai is situated at the southernmost point of Phuket. Lesser number of tourists visits this place. I visited this place for experiencing the culture of the Thai people, which was important for my study. Large numbers of fishing boats are anchored in the beaches of Rawai. Swimming is not recommended in this beach. I hired a tuk tuk and went to the nearby beaches for swimming. Phuket gave me a completely different experience. I came to know much about the culture of south east asia.
