When my little boy learned to walk he wanted to try everything. He could not wait to ride bikes, he could not be stopped from running and when he saw the cars in the toy stores, he decided immediately that cars were his favorite. Oh, boys can be too much sometimes, but when you love your son like I do, you try to make them happy all the time. We have amassed different types of cars for him. Matchboxes, remote control cars and the best one yet, the battery-operated car.
The accident happened so quickly. Just a few days after purchasing the car, we were watching him drive around it, going around the garage, moving back and forth and then it happened. We heard a faint crack and then the rear wheels detached from the unit and my son fell over, hitting his head. We rushed to try to stop it from happening, but it happened so fast. Within minutes my son was down and there was blood on the floor.
We went to the hospital and I left my wife to tend to my son. I rushed to a friend of mine who had an experience with Car Accident Lawyers Toronto and I begged for him to refer me to the firm that won his case. I could not accept what had happened. My son did not see what was coming and someone needed to be blamed.
Injury lawyers in Toronto are used to handling cases such as mine. I was told that manufacturing defects seldom happen but when they do, they make sure that the companies pay. Needless to say, we were assisted through and through by Personal Injury Lawyers Toronto who saw to it that we received utmost care.
