I was trying to help my friend prepare for her wedding and I suggested that she must hire someone who will take care preparing the wedding on her behalf. But she refused saying that she wants to prepare everything for the wedding herself. Besides it is a small wedding and there is really nothing that she cannot handle herself. I explained that this is so that she won’t be too exhausted from all the preparations but instead concentrate on looking beautiful and at her best. But knowing my friend and she can be hard-headed too, she still refused my suggestions until the day before the wedding when she fall flat on her face because of exhaustion and blamed me for not forcing her to get somebody who can Plan a Wedding for her. Amusing the story might be but it gave me a lesson about looking my best when it is my turn to walk towards the altar. And this story I have shared with potential customers who are not yet sure if they are getting a Wedding Planner or not. And ever since I started wedding planning, I have always shared the story again and again because it truly has a lesson to learn.

And another lesson that I have learned recently for my business is that I need the help of somebody to advertise my business and a website is helping me do it. I am just lucky that I knew about this website where other wedding businesses are going too to have themselves get noticed. And it is very effective.
